Ultraformer MPT

Ultraformer MPT HIFU is a non-invasive treatment specially designed for the face and body. It uses the latest Micro & Macro Focused Ultrasound (MMFU) technology to target deep layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production for natural lifting and tightening. With Multi-Pulse Technology (MPT™), the treatment is faster, more precise, and more comfortable compared to earlier HIFU systems.

Precisely delivered ultrasound energy targets planned depths beneath the skin to support natural collagen remodelling and improve the appearance of firmness and definition through the lower face. The treatment is complemented by ALASTIN professional skincare, including ALASTIN Regenerating Skin Nectar with TriHex Technology®, applied externally to support the skin and promote a smoother, healthier-looking complexion. Together, this approach supports a firmer, more defined-looking jawline and refreshed overall appearance. BEFORE & AFTER

Ashley L.

ALASTIN Ultraformer HIFU Non-Surgical Natural Face Lift

I was starting to notice that my face looked a little less firm and more tired, especially around my cheeks and jawline, but I wasn’t ready for anything invasive. I decided to try the ALASTIN Ultraformer HIFU Face Lift treatment and had such a positive experience. The consultation and VISIA skin analysis at the beginning were really helpful, and the therapist explained exactly what she was doing and what I could realistically expect. The HIFU itself felt like little warm pulses in some areas, but it was manageable for me. Afterwards, my skin looked fresh and hydrated from the HydraFacial and LED, and over the following weeks I started to notice my face looking smoother and a little firmer and more defined. I especially like that the change looks natural — I still look like myself, just more refreshed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone starting to notice early signs of skin laxity and looking for a non-surgical option.

ALASTIN Ultraformer HIFU Non-Surgical Natural Face Lift

I wanted something that would help with the loss of firmness I was starting to notice without making my face look different or overdone. The whole appointment felt very personalised, starting with the skin analysis and consultation before the treatment. The Ultraformer treatment felt warm and tingly in some areas, but my therapist checked in with me throughout. Straight afterwards my skin looked really fresh and hydrated, and over the next few weeks I gradually noticed more definition through my cheeks and jawline and an overall firmer, smoother appearance. What I love most is how natural the result looks. It wasn’t an overnight dramatic change — my face just started looking fresher and more lifted over time. I would definitely do this treatment again.

ALASTIN Ultraformer HIFU Non-Surgical Natural Face Lift

"As I approached my 40s, I started noticing that my makeup no longer sat quite right. My concealer was always creasing, and I always had a tired appearance, even after a full night’s sleep. I didn’t want that sculpted, surgical facelift look and anti-aging creams weren’t quite cutting it for me. Now, I’m a HIFU convert. Pretty painless without needing any downtime. I really delight at laying back in the stunning clinic. Then leaving with a renewed complexion. It’s the same ‘me’, but fresher, tighter, and utterly rejuvenated."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

We've got the answers for you

Is this a full-face treatment?

Yes. This is a full-face treatment, combining multiple technologies to support smoother, firmer and more refreshed-looking skin across the face. Ultraformer MPT HIFU is applied specifically to the jawline, while HydraFacial hydration, red LED recovery and ALASTIN skincare are used across the face as part of the complete treatment protocol.

When will I notice a result?

Responses vary. Some clients may notice a temporary feeling of firmness, while changes associated with collagen remodelling develop gradually. No specific result or timing is guaranteed.

Is there discomfort or downtime?

Warmth, tingling, tenderness or temporary redness can occur. Downtime and comfort vary; the practitioner will explain expected responses before treatment.

Who may not be suitable?

Suitability depends on health history, implants, recent procedures, skin condition and facial tissue. Treatment proceeds only after screening and informed consent.

What is an Ultraformer MPT?

The Ultraformer MPT is an advanced HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) device that uses non-invasive ultrasound technology for skin lifting and tightening. It combines micro and macro-focused ultrasound with pulsed technology to stimulate collagen production and achieve natural-looking results without surgery or downtime.

What is ALASTIN Skincare?

ALASTIN Skincare is a professional, science-led skincare brand designed to support healthy-looking skin and complement aesthetic treatments. Known for its proprietary TriHex Technology®, ALASTIN formulas are developed to support the skin’s natural renewal processes and improve the appearance of concerns such as fine lines, loss of firmness, uneven texture, dullness and dehydration.

Does a facelift hurt?

We understand that the idea of pain can be a deterrent when considering a facelift. Traditional surgical procedures can indeed cause discomfort. However, our non-surgical HIFU facelift provides a more comfortable alternative.

During your HIFU treatment, you might feel a warm sensation and mild tingling, but this quickly subsides, leaving you to enjoy your journey towards a rejuvenated, lifted face.

How often do I need to revisit Beauty Affairs for maintenance after a facelift?

Your beauty journey with us doesn’t end after your facelift treatment. The frequency of your visits for maintenance largely depends on your desired results and your skin’s ageing extent. Generally, anywhere between one and eight HIFU treatments might be required.

What Is The Recommended Frequency For Follow-Up Appointments Or Touch-Ups?

The frequency of follow-up appointments will depend on the type of injectable and individual response. Your aesthetics nurse will create a personalised treatment plan and recommend the appropriate interval for maintenance or touch-up sessions.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time slot, as availability is limited.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

All deposits are non-refundable.If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be returned. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
