Refund policy

Refunds (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

If you encounter any issues with the item(s) you receive, such as defects, damages, or incorrect items, please report these to us within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a money-back refund for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To process a refund for such items, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at orders@beautyaffairs.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item(s), including pictures of the item(s) and a description of the issue
  2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item(s) at no cost to you.
  3. Return the item(s) in the original condition in which they were received, using the provided shipping label.
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will issue your refund.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about the item(s) you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days for a replacement or refund. To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Item(s) must be unopened and unused, and in the original packaging.
  2. Email us at orders@beautyaffairs.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item(s), including pictures of the item(s).
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. The address for returns is: ATTN: Beauty Affairs Returns – Suite 2205, Level 22/31 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
  4. Please note that we cannot reimburse you for the return shipping costs as these are incurred at your discretion.
  5. If items arrive at the warehouse and are found to be used and/or opened, we reserve the right to deny a refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds on opened products. 
  6. We recommend packing items securely and using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe arrival and proof of delivery.
  7. Once we receive the returned item(s), you are entitled to a replacement order to the value of the product(s) in your order, less any shipping or tax.

Warehouses

Our products are stored in climate-controlled storage facilities within Australia and shipped directly to customers. We aim to dispatch orders from the nearest warehouse to minimise delivery times. In the rare event that an item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund.
