1. After curling lashes, apply Estée Lauder Little Black Primer to tint and curl.
2. Estée Lauder Little Black Primer can be used alone or before your favourite mascara to extend wear time and amplify your eyelashes.
3. After applying your favourite mascara, apply a layer of Estée Lauder Little Black Primer to set.
