Refunds (Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Any problems with the item(s) you receive must be reported to us within 30 days of transaction receipt.

Replacement (Change of Mind)

If you've had a change of mind about the item(s) you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging within the 30 day period.
