Usage & Ingredients
How to Use
Morning
1. Cleanse Massage Surface Radiance Cleanse onto damp face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
2. Exfoliate Apply Press & Glow to a reusable cotton or facial pad and sweep over the face, avoiding the eye area. Start once daily and increase according to your skin's tolerance.
3. Hydrate Apply Hydr8 B5 Intense to the face, neck and décolletage and allow to absorb.
4. Brighten & Protect Apply a liberal amount of Daily Radiance Vitamin C evenly over the face, neck and décolletage as the final step of your morning skincare routine.
Evening
1. Cleanse Use Surface Radiance Cleanse to remove impurities and prepare the skin.
2. Exfoliate Apply Press & Glow according to your skin's tolerance.
3. Hydrate Apply Hydr8 B5 Intense.
4. Renew Apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal 10 to the face and neck, allowing it to absorb before moisturising. Crystal Retinal 10 is intended for advanced vitamin A users. If you are new to retinal, start with a lower Crystal Retinal strength rather than beginning with 10.
5. Nourish Finish with Advanced Night Restore, applying to the face, neck and décolletage using upward strokes.
Important: When introducing Crystal Retinal, Medik8 recommends gradually increasing use: twice weekly for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then nightly as tolerated. Always use sunscreen the following morning.
